Yoga Services

Kate’s yoga practice aims to provide an extension of the safe space provided in 1:1 therapy sessions, to nurture a sense of self-acceptance in a broader context. Yoga fits strongly with Kate's core values, "Yoga provides a means for people to find their own way of connecting with their true selves" (Swami Satyananda Saraswati).

Kate has undertaken both adult and children's yoga training and is passionate about making yoga accessible to all people, of all abilities.
She hopes to inspire a sense of joy in yoga and bring its many benefits to her participants.
